PYC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace portions of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any updates will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Access To The Services

PYC provides digital tools that allow users to create, upload, manage, store, access, and share virtual business cards and related networking content. Users under the age of sixteen (16) are not permitted to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. PYC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

5. Conditions Of Use

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without prior written authorization from PYC. You are solely responsible for any content, information, or materials you upload, share, transmit, or distribute through the Services.
You agree to:

🗸 Avoid transmitting harmful, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content

6. Privacy Policy

All content, software, branding, graphics, logos, designs, and materials associated with the Services are protected by intellectual property laws. “PYC,” “Promote Your Card,” and related logos and branding are trademarks owned by Mystic Media LLC, the parent company of PYC. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Content

The Services may contain content, links, or integrations provided by third parties. PYC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

9. External Services & Links

PYC may provide access to third-party websites or services for convenience only. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or practices of external sites. PYC shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party platforms or services.

10. User Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit or transmit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant PYC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and deliver such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PYC, Mystic Media LLC, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

12. Disclaimer Of Warranties

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PYC does not guarantee that:
🗸 The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
🗸 Defects will be corrected
🗸 The platform will always be secure or free from harmful components

13. Limitation Of Liability

PYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYC’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed:
🗸 The total amount paid by you to PYC during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or
🗸 Fifty U.S. dollars ($50),
🗸 whichever amount is greater.

14. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). The seat and location of arbitration shall be Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive:

15. Termination Of Access

PYC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for:

🗸 Suspected fraudulent activity
🗸 Extended inactivity
🗸 Abuse of the platform or affiliate program

16. User Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users or third parties through the Services. PYC is under no obligation to monitor, mediate, or resolve disputes between users.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim or cause of action arising under these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.

18. Fees & Affiliate Program

Premium Membership is offered at a rate of $2.50 USD per month, billed annually at $30 USD per year. By becoming a Member, you acknowledge that you are automatically enrolled in the optional affiliate rewards program. Participation in promoting or referring others is voluntary.
Withdrawal requests for affiliate commissions are processed every Friday at midnight GMT for balances of $100 USD or more.
